Priyanka Rewani - this village is historically famous also. the art and design of the jor bangla mandir which is situated just near the chhata math(local name, where the holy festival organised) is identical to the temples of bishnupur. it id also learnt that this village played a role in the freedom movement of india. presently you can say that this is an ideal village.it is only eleven k.m. way from purulia the district town and just three k.m.s way from tamna railway station. the communication of this village is so good.the -purulia-manbazar and purulia barabazar road have gone through this village. you can go to tata also through this village.
